Coming from the IBA

Recent developments coming from the International Bar Association (IBA) which I find worth noting are the ‘Draft revised IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration’ and the ‘IBA Guidelines for Drafting International Arbitration Clauses’.
