What about the UK and or European perspectives on electronic disclosure?
What about electronic discovery/disclosure in the arbitration regime ( domestic and international commercial arbitration) ?
In particular, is electronic discovery/disclosure a myth or reality in the arbitration regime?
These are just some questions that came up in researching for my dissertation on ediscovery in international commercial arbitration (END DATE JANUARY 2008!)
I hope this blog will eventually be the place for other ‘new kids on the block type’ arbitrators to start blogging & also to encourage ‘well seasoned’ practitioners in international arbitration to share their experiences (incognito if so desired).
